And that is where our Managed Servers package can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be added to our custom server managing system, which will monitor all the crucial tasks. And in case of any service trouble, our skilled system administrators will be warned at once and they will solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server is not the simplest procedure in this world. You will either have to use some other server or your home computer, or deploy some 3rd–party software. We offer a far simpler alternative with our Managed Servers deal. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your server on a weekly basis, so you never need to be afraid of permanently losing any key info. Plus, we can always restore a backup copy really quickly. All backups we make are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you will have total freedom to run any script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and might require some extra configuration on your part. That’s where our Managed Servers deal will come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – which means you can basically hire one of our proficient server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of application whatsoever that you want. Or have him rectify an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
